Shipping prices quoted in cart are an estimate and may be adjusted accordingly. Free shipping offers apply only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and all items ordered must be in immediate stock and shipped together to qualify for free shipping.

Special Orders

If an item is not in immediate stock, and a special order must be placed, the full price of the item will be charged up front. The shipping charges will be charged prior to shipping. Refunds will be issued only if the item is not received or arrives damaged, in which case a replacement can be ordered.

Credit Card Order Cancellation Policy

Our time is valuable to us and we feel your time is as well. Once you place an order we immediately start to process the order and pack the item to insure the fastest possible service. Should you cancel an order once it has been placed and processed you will be charged 10% of the value of the item or $15, whichever is greater.

Some of the newer items, especially the inexpensive ones, may have small factory defects (paint imperfections such as smudging, "spilling" outside of a paint line, missed glaze spots, etc.). Though we try to inspect each product upon receipt to return some of the more obviously flawed items, at times some may escape our scrutiny. If you receive an item that you believe is flawed (other than minor paint defects), you may also return it at your shipping expense for replacement or a refund minus any credit card fees incurred (for credit card purchases only). No call tags will be issued for items which are not broken in transit.
