Vintage set. One bear has a pail and the other a shovel. Both have a paper label on the bottom marked "Japan". Both are in excellent condition with the only defects I could find being one pin-head sized chip on the back rim of the hat of Smokey with pail and the Smokey with shovel has 3 pin-head sized chips on the rim of the front of his hat which have been touched up with paint to match (you really have to look to see them) on the back of the hat rim 2 more pin-head sized chips (again, you really have to look to see them, but I felt I had to mention it. Overall excellent condition for a set this old.
