RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return items in their original condition, with all original packaging, instructions and contents.
Please contact us for the return address.
We will issue you a refund via the credit card initially provided (less Shipping and Handling) upon receipt of the item in the same condition in which they were shipped to you. We request that you contact us via email (Ecollectibles@comcast.net) prior to returning your merchandise for an authorization code if returning within 7 days, after you have received it. Once the item is received we will send you an email notification of refund. Returns should be sent by UPS or insured Priority Mail for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. Please include your authorization code with all returns. We are sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable. Once the item has been inspected, we will issue your refund in the amount of the purchase price.
