RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase (item was not as described or pictured), you have 7 days from date of receipt to return the item in its original condition, with all original packaging, instructions and contents for Store credit only. Please contact us for the return address and authorization code. We will gladly issue you a store credit for the purchase price if the item was not as described or pictured. The item must be in the same condition in which it was originally shipped to you, with original packing materials. We require that you contact us first via email (Ecollectibles@extinctcollectibles.com) prior to returning your merchandise for an authorization code. Item must be returned within 7 days, after you have received it and with all original packing materials. Once the item is received and inspected we will issue you a store credit voucher via email notification. Returns should be sent by UPS or insured Priority Mail for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery. Please include your authorization code with all returns.
